In the fall of 2014, Koya Leadership Partners began a period of accelerated growth. At that time, Melissa Bruno of Bruno Business Intelligence was hired to facilitate Koya’s growth, using IT as a lever. Koya’s goals included 1) improve employee workflow, 2) create a data culture, and 3) implement and evaluate Key Performance Indicators to assess overall organizational efficiency and impact.
To address these goals, Bruno BI conceived and added tools to facilitate easy extraction of information from the Koya database. Data from multiple systems has been integrated. Custom reports for operations, executives, and clients now live on a reporting web site accessible to the Koya team.
Today at Koya, Business Intelligence is a driver of day-to-day operations and decision-making. Data is used to evaluate operations and sales in real-time. Koya has information at its fingertips to conduct in-depth analysis of efficiency, workflow, profitability, and delivery metrics. Organizationally, quantifiable goals have been set and are measured at regular intervals. With an improved data culture and the right tools in place, Koya is an organization that is able to forecast its own success.
